Welcome to Yogsudha. By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or program, enrolling in a yoga class or course, or joining the Yogsudha Partner Network, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Yogsudha Services
Yogsudha may provide services including:
- Live Online Yoga classes
- Wellness Programs
- Certificate Courses
- Yoga professional/teacher-managed classes
- Yogsudha Shop products
- Partner and Affiliate opportunities
- Other yoga, wellness, educational, or related services
Availability, pricing, schedules, duration, trainers, and features may vary between programs.
2. Registration and User Accounts
Users must provide reasonably accurate information while registering or purchasing services.
Account credentials are intended for the registered user and should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Yogsudha may apply security measures, including limits on simultaneous login sessions, to protect paid content and services.
3. Live Online Yoga & Classes
Users must purchase or otherwise obtain valid access to participate in paid classes.
Class schedules, yoga professionals, session links, duration, and other operational details may be updated when reasonably necessary.
Private class links or access credentials must not be distributed to unauthorized persons.
Yogsudha may restrict or terminate class access in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, or serious violation of these Terms.
4. Yoga Professional / Teacher-Managed Classes
Certain classes may be conducted by yoga professionals using the Yogsudha platform.
The applicable yoga professional may conduct and manage the class, while enrolment, payments, access, and settlement may be facilitated through Yogsudha.
A yoga professional’s availability, teaching method, schedule, and class arrangements may vary according to the particular program.
5. Payments and Pricing
Prices displayed at the time of purchase will normally apply to that transaction.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment gateways.
Yogsudha may revise prices, fees, partner commissions, platform fees, offers, or program structures for future transactions. Such changes will not ordinarily alter a transaction already completed unless required by law or specifically agreed.
6. Renewals and Access Period
Certain yoga programs or services may be offered for a defined access period and may require renewal for continued participation.
Payment for one access period does not automatically provide permanent access unless expressly stated on the relevant product or program page.
Where recurring or renewal-based access is offered, continued access depends on successful payment or renewal.
7. Wellness Programs
Wellness programs offered through Yogsudha are intended for general wellness, yoga, lifestyle, and educational purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, emergency care, or individualized medical treatment.
Users should participate according to their own circumstances and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
8. Certificate Courses
Where a program includes a certificate, eligibility may depend on requirements stated for that particular course, which may include enrolment, participation, completion, assessment, or other specified criteria.
Payment or registration alone does not guarantee successful certification where additional requirements apply.
9. Yogsudha Partner Network
Eligible users may apply to participate as an Affiliate/Referral Partner, Yoga Professional, or both, subject to Yogsudha approval.
Partner earnings depend on the applicable program, transaction, commission rate, platform fee, and eligibility rules.
Affiliate commission may be one-time or recurring depending on the settings applicable to the relevant product or program.
Teacher-managed classes may use a separate revenue-sharing arrangement between Yogsudha and the assigned yoga professional.
Yogsudha may set, revise, disable, or change commission rates and platform fees for future eligible transactions.
Fraudulent referrals, self-created artificial transactions, manipulation, or other misuse may result in suspension or termination of Partner privileges and withholding of amounts associated with invalid transactions, subject to applicable law.
10. Yogsudha Shop
Products purchased through the Yogsudha Shop may be subject to availability, delivery conditions, product-specific information, and the applicable Refund & Returns Policy.
Product images or presentation may occasionally differ slightly from the delivered product due to packaging, manufacturer changes, display settings, or similar reasonable variations.
11. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by Yogsudha’s Refund & Returns Policy and any product/program-specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
Users should review that policy before completing a transaction.
12. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Share paid accounts or private class access without authorization
- Attempt to bypass access restrictions
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected Yogsudha materials without permission
- Misuse referral or partner systems
- Interfere with website security or normal operation
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Yogsudha branding, original website content, course materials, graphics, program materials, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Third-party names, trademarks, content, or services remain the property of their respective owners.
No ownership rights are transferred merely by purchasing access to a program.
14. Service Availability
Yogsudha aims to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting issues, payment services, video-conferencing platforms, technical failures, circumstances affecting yoga professionals, or events beyond reasonable control.
Where appropriate, Yogsudha may reschedule or make reasonable alternative arrangements for affected services.
15. Health and Participation Responsibility
Yoga and physical wellness activities involve individual differences in ability, flexibility, fitness, and health circumstances.
Users should exercise reasonable judgment while participating and should stop an activity if they experience unusual pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms.
Users with relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other health concerns should obtain appropriate professional guidance before participating where necessary.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yogsudha will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the platform, unauthorized account sharing, third-party service failures, or participation contrary to provided instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to Services and Terms
Yogsudha may reasonably update its services, features, policies, and these Terms & Conditions as the platform develops or legal/operational requirements change.
The latest published version will apply from its stated effective/update date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts as legally applicable.
